My professional journey spans more than 26 years across business operations, ERP consulting, business analysis, software development and engineering innovation. Throughout this journey, I have remained focused on understanding business challenges, simplifying complex problems and delivering practical solutions that create long-term value.
My career began in Sales and Marketing within manufacturing organizations, where I developed a strong understanding of commercial operations, customer engagement, distribution and manufacturing processes. This practical business foundation continues to influence my consulting approach, enabling me to understand business requirements from both an operational and a technology perspective.
I later transitioned into ERP consulting and have now accumulated over 18 years of ERP consulting experience, including more than 15 years specializing in Infor M3. During this period I have supported ERP implementations, global rollouts, production support, business process improvement, solution design, testing, user training and presales consulting for organizations across North America, Europe and Asia.
One of the most rewarding aspects of consulting has been working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse existing processes and translate business needs into structured functional specifications and practical ERP solutions. I enjoy bridging the gap between business users and technical teams by creating documentation that improves communication, clarity and successful implementation.
Alongside enterprise consulting, I have always maintained a strong interest in software development and product design. I independently design and develop Windows desktop software applications using C#, taking products from concept through development, testing, documentation, deployment and ongoing support.
Building software products has provided valuable insight into user experience, software architecture, product lifecycle management and practical problem solving. It has also strengthened my ability to work across both business and technical domains.
In recent years, Artificial Intelligence has become an important part of my professional workflow. I use AI to improve productivity in requirement analysis, documentation, knowledge management and information synthesis, while ensuring that professional judgement, business understanding and technical accuracy remain central to every deliverable.
Technology delivers value only when it solves genuine business problems. Throughout my career I have believed that successful solutions begin with understanding the business rather than the software.
Whether I am analysing business processes, preparing functional documentation, supporting ERP implementations or developing software products, my objective is always to create solutions that are practical, maintainable and aligned with business goals.
